Seizure

This is based on the "Pokémon" cartoon show. Back in December 1997, an episode of this show sent 700 Japanese children to the hospital with epileptic seizures. This sounded like a joke at first, but apparently it was quite real. The flashing in this GIF is approximately the same as in the cartoon.
