This is a gravel quarry right next to the Dumbarton Bridge toll plaza. The rim is just a few feet above sea level and from shadow angles I estimated it's about 390 feet deep; so the bottom is probably lower than Badwater in Death Valley, which is only -282 feet. Here's another shot from above.
