Went over to the city to see an exhibit of photographs at the Legion of Honor. Then, a nice ride back.

I visited the Oakland Museum to see an exhibit of Edward Weston prints. That plus some wandering around downtown Oakland, and a very nice sunset, equals a good day.

My parents wanted to see a ceramics exhibit at the Stanford art museum, so we drove down to Palo Alto.

A quick visit to the Albany Bulb to drop off some crab floats.

Took BART to Fremont and circumnavigated the city (30 miles). Then BART back to Oakland and a night ride home (8.5 miles).

Another longish ride today. Starting at Balboa Park BART, I rode south on Mission through Daly City, Colma, South SF, and San Bruno. Had a nice picnic lunch on SamTrans Island, and then rode north all the way to Embarcadero BART. Here's the route - 26.5 miles.

Nice long ride all the way around San Francisco. Actually I traced the route in the Gmaps Pedometer - 32.35 miles!.

The last time I visited this ship was 20 September 1998, the day it returned to Richmond.
