This guy fell off his bike right behind me, on the Goldenrod Trail. I heard the crash and went back. He was face down in the dirt, moaning and shivering. I was sure his neck was broken! I left him with his two friends and rode ahead to call 911. When I got back half an hour later, he was standing up and lucid. Whew!
