I went exploring on a little dead-end in the Diablo foothills called Finley Road. According to the map it continues (unpaved) over the south-east shoulder of Diablo and connects up with Morgan Territory Road, but I didn't get that far.

Went to a geocaching picnic at Oyster Bay in San Leandro, then biked home.

I heard that Happy Hollow was about to close for a year and all the old-style rides and playground equipment was going away, so I went to visit. I also checked out History Park, which is just down the street.

Went to the Marin County Fair in San Rafael to see a friend do a cooking demo. Afterwards I rode home by way of China Camp State Park.

I heard about a BBQ place at the golf course in Golden Gate Park, so I went to check it out. It was just ok.
